Where is this building located?
that's the senate building - part of the GSIS complex in the reclamation area (roxas blvd.)

From what I see in the picture. The building lacks Filipino inguenity. Its just looks like an ordinary building.
it was designed as an office complex for GSIS.
Im not sure but I heard that this building was designed by some Japanese architect who won a contest for it. It cannot compare to the graceful lines of the original gsis right beside Manila City hall (which luckily still stands). In fairness though, the terraced gardens in the area facing the ocean is quite lovely.
