A sizeable portion of the Republic is still not energized nor has any water service. The population which works an hour to the nearest paved road still numbers in the millions! We all, in one way or another, miss the idyllic and long for the pastoral scenes of our childhood.<BR/><BR/>One of the reasons I am passionate about cities is precisely because I want to preserve the open spaces and the wild places.
